Eucharia Anunobi was born in Owerri, Imo State. She completed her primary and secondary education in Imo State before moving on to the Institute of Management Technology, Enugu, where she earned a National Diploma in Mass Communication. Eucharia Anunobi first gained fame for her role in the film Glamour Girls and has since appeared in over 90 films including including Abuja Connection and Letters to a Stranger.

On August 22, , Eucharia lost her only child, Raymond, who she referred to as her best friend, due to problems related to sickle cell anemia. The son was fifteen.
